Lightweight Biomedical Image Encryption Approach

چکیده

This paper proposes a lightweight image encryption approach for medical Internet of Things (MIoT) networks using compressive sensing and modified seven-dimensional ( MSD ) hyperchaotic map. Initially, 7D map is to generate more secure complex secret keys. SHA-512 used create the initial conditions , which ensures its sensitivity towards input images. Using nonsubsampled contourlet transform (NSCT), further improvements in are achieved, then measurement matrices generated keys obtained from . Finally, encrypted images, diffusion permutation carried out row column-wise on compressed images The comparative analyses verify performance proposed terms robustness, security, statistical analysis.
